The responsibility for our clients doesn’t end with the delivery of the required measuring instruments; rather we want to give them the support they require to use our products successfully.
Our after sales service includes on one hand our repair services and on the other hand our calibration services.
So, if your measuring instrument is not working in the right way anymore or something is broken down – we will have a look at it and repair it with the quality we are known for.
Apart from this we have our own calibration laboratory. Now your instruments can be calibrated locally at our Head Office in Pune maintaining the International standards so finally the accuracy of your measuring results is also as accurate as our master calibrator.
The calibration describes the process of the comparison of data collected by an according measuring instrument with a reference or a “normal” result. So it is possible to find out the difference and check if this variance is still okay; in a correct range of results and proof whether the measuring instrument still offers you valid values of measuring or not.
If the calculated difference is not in the defined range of variances our employees will normalize your measuring instrument again. We recommend you to do this kind of check at least once a year, so that we can guarantee the quality of the measuring results.
